Continue Your Treatment With Us
Moving to New York in the middle of orthodontic treatment is more common than you might think. Whether you have braces, Invisalign or another appliance, we can help you continue seamlessly.
We also welcome patients who would like a second opinion about a current or recommended treatment plan.

How It Works
Transferring Is Simple
- 1
Contact Us
Call, text or book online and let us know you are transferring. A complimentary visit is the first step.
- 2
Share Your Records
We will request x-rays, scans and treatment notes from your previous orthodontist, with your permission. If you have a copy of your treatment agreement, please bring it.
- 3
Evaluation
Dr. Hashim or Dr. Goodman will examine your progress and explain what remains to finish your treatment.
- 4
A Clear Plan
We will review the remaining treatment, the timeline and your investment, and help with insurance benefits.
Second Opinions
Thinking About a Second Opinion?
It is natural to want a second perspective before committing to treatment, or if your current treatment is not progressing as you expected. We will review your records, examine your bite and give you an honest, clear assessment, with no pressure.
Will my treatment have to start over?
Usually not. In most cases we can continue from where you are, sometimes with small adjustments.
Can you continue my Invisalign treatment?
In many cases, yes. Your aligner case can often be transferred to our office through Invisalign.
What about payments to my previous orthodontist?
We will review your situation and explain the remaining investment clearly before you decide.
